Our specialists are product evangelists with a strong business acumen and believe in working with others to understand what the customer needs and deliver.  From mission-critical problems to running workshops, they are our local experts who can handle an audience on one hand and a technical query from any subsidiary in the EMEA region on the other.

They write technical articles in order to distribute technical information and update their clients and engineers on the product. An important part of their role is to deliver pro-active support, deal with issues, devise an action plan and set customer expectations.  They also mentor and train other engineers to ensure a first class service is delivered.

Their ability to delight customers is pivotal to their success.  With a strong team who are customer focused as well as technically credible, they have the ability to work well with remote colleagues and customers as they do when the situation is face to face.
