Technical Account Managers
Technical Account Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining close working relationships with our customers. They are a central point of contact for our customers ensuring that they are satisfied with the support service we are providing.
The TAM position is a service delivery role which involves liaising with our internal technical departments to manage a diverse range of support issues and communicating directly with the customer. This is a customer facing account management role which involves holding regular service reviews with customers, making recommendations for service improvements and also recognising new opportunities to bring in additional revenue.
To be a TAM you need to be passionate about service delivery and delivering excellence to customers. You will have skills in dealing with senior contacts within strategic customers, managing critical situations, a strong technical understanding and will have a real aptitude for account management.
