‘I worked for 5 years as a Security Lead, focused on Networking and Server Infrastructure for a company that builds and maintains the Airlines Communication System in the worldwide airports. Then I worked 3 years for a System Integrator which is a Microsoft Gold Partner, developing new security offering for customers, creating and presenting with Microsoft Staff security events based on customer scenarios. I enjoyed working for a Microsoft Partner because I had the opportunity to improve my technical knowledge on Microsoft products on a day by day activity following the entire business process. By the way, when I joined Microsoft, I expected the company to give me new challenges, experiences and, of course, access to future products, having active involvement into industry design trends.’

‘Now I design and build new security

infrastructures for my customers, finding every day new opportunities to grow my expertise , and I also collaborate directly with a development team in Israel, defining new features for a Microsoft product. The products I deal with are used by companies across almost every industry. My customers are incredibly varied from banks to retailers to public institutions. I’m based in Rome but I travel a great deal, mainly across Europe and the US. But I work with the same colleagues, so I definitely feel part of a team, and there are opportunities to specialize.’
