ELIGIBILITY: The EVO Supremo competition is open to any person resident in the UK & Ireland who is 18 years of age or older and is an employee of an organization that is a member of the Microsoft Partner Programme in the UK at any level and who is able to provide their partner membership ID. This excludes Microsoft Limited and McCann Worldgroup employees, their agents and their families, and anyone else professionally connected with this competition.
TO ENTER: To enter the competition, individuals must participate in the EVO Supremo quiz by answering 10 randomly selected questions. The top 20 scorers will be placed on an individual leader board. No purchase necessary. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Microsoft reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
TIMING: This competition runs from 12.01:00 am GMT on 08/01/2007 until 11.59:59 a.m. on 02/03/2007 (inclusive)
USE OF DATA: Personal data which you provide when you enter the draw may be used for future Microsoft marketing activity.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: At the conclusion of the competition the highest ranking individual will win the first prize and those ranked two and three will each win the runner-up prize. The winners will be notified by email by 16/03/07. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, through no fault of Microsoft, within TEN (10) days after the first attempt, the prize will be awarded to the next-ranking individual. The winners may be required to participate in further publicity or advertising. In the event of a tie for the 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize, the winner of the respective prize will be determined by answering the following question “Tell us in 50 words or less why EVO is such a big opportunity for you….” .The respective winner will then be determined by a panel of judges with one independent judge.
PRIZES: There will be one first prize for the individual leader board of an Alienware Aurora M9700 notebook with 2007 Microsoft Office System and Windows Vista, i-mate K-Jam Pocket PC Phone, Xbox 360 (additional wireless controller and Microsoft Suite of games with additional “Pinata” face plate), and a Creative Zen Vision:M - 60GB Multimedia Player. There will be one second prize of an i-mate K-Jam Pocket PC Phone, Xbox 360 (additional wireless controller and Microsoft Suite of games with additional “Pinata” face plate), and a Creative Zen Vision:M - 60GB Multimedia Player. There will be one third prize of an Xbox 360 (additional wireless controller and Microsoft Suite of games with additional “Pinata” face plate) and a Creative Zen Vision:M - 60GB Multimedia Player. Prizes are as stated and are not transferable. No cash alternatives available. Microsoft reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All prizes will be sent/made available within six weeks of notification.
WINNERS LIST: The individual winners consent to their first name, surname, gaming nickname and Company Name being made publicly available. Winners names will be available for a period of 3 months after the final draw date by email.
OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this promotion or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Microsoft’s decision shall be final. Microsoft reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

Participants in this promotion agree that Microsoft will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this promotion. Nothing in this clause shall limit Microsoft’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud.
